Menus lost in autocad 2010

i have lost my custom drop down menus.. please send me in the right direction to get them back.. see 2 attachments please.. i think im in the right location (CUI) but lost from there

Higher in the CUI Menu click on your Workspace
In the Right side window click on Customize Workspace
Go back to the partial menu that you have highlighted and expand the tree until you get to those menus and make sure they are checked.

it seems the ones that i want are checked (all on left, bath, electrical, kitchen, etc, but not shown across top for drop down menus).. think im missing something

See if those Menus are also included in your Workspace

yes, it seems they are on the right side also.. image attached

No, not under the Partial Customization Tree; higher in the All Customization Files window under the Workspace tree in your Workspace
