I apologize if this ia an 'amateur' type question but it's killing me that I can't find a solution.

We recently hired a 3d scanning company to generate the 'as-built' conditions for one of our projects and for some reason when we start to utilize our floor patterns, they completely ignore all of our walls, 3d components, etc. as if it's wire frame view? It feels like we tried everything- Visibility Graphics, etc.

Help!!

Thanks

Let's see if we can get this moved to an appropriate forum. What software are you using and need assistance with?

Can you post an image of the floor patterns?

Notice how the floor patters run right through the walls and plumbing families.

Look in the lower left corner of your drawing, you are in Wireframe mode, switch to hidden line:)

I wish it was that simple!

Are the floor patterns Filled Regions? Or are they Floors?

You might consider using Parts in Revit 2012 and Dividing them and creating patterns
in the Floor itself.

cheers

The floor patterns are not filled regions they are part of the floor type.
I'm unfortunately running Revit 2010. Out of 6 active jobs this is the only file behaving this way AND my surveyor (who is running 2012) is trying to find out what happened as well.

Thank you all for your help but I'm happy to say: Problem solved! I'm ashamed to say that the "Transparent" box was checked on for every Model Category under Visibility Graphics.
