Section Heads won't load

The following is from the help files on loading new section heads-

"From the File menu, choose Load Family From Library.
Under the Library folder, double-click the Annotations folder to open it and select one or more of the new section head families. Click Open to load the families.
Click Section from the Drafting tab of the Design Bar.
Click Properties.
From the Element Properties dialog, click Edit/New.
If desired, click Duplicate to create a new section type and give it a name.
Click the drop-down menu under Value next to Section head. Select from the newly loaded section head families.
Click OK twice to save your changes."

I have followed this procedure... nothing new shows up in the Drop Down Menu.

What am I missing?

Look in the project browser under families > annotations and look for the sections heads to see if they in fact loaded. If not, reload from library and check the browser again.

They are loaded...but won't show up in the drop down list.

I did a temp fix by opening up 6.1 drawing my section head and then doing a Transfer Project Standards... This is a heck of away to do it. BUT I must be missing something, and I need to figure this out.

The Section only shows up on the Basic Tab and not on the Drafting Tab... What am I missing?

There is new menu item...Settings>View Tags where you assign section heads to a "style". Then the views themselves are assigned a section style. The annotation that appears when you create the views use the style assigned to the view.
