I'm still Using Revit 2009. Not sure if that matters or not. I'm having some visibility problems. Or maybe it's just the way it is. I have my Phases set up for a floor plan view and it works great. And when I demo my walls and view it in 3d it also looks great. But when I view it in an elevation view it's just outlined and not transparent at all. I've already adjusted the Transparency but the walls are not transparent. Am I doing something wrong? Or in elevation views it only shows the outlines demoed?
Thanks.

Youre not doing anything wrong - transparency doesnt show in elevations (look at the glazing in your windows - they are not transparent in elevation)
To workaround,
1. Create a 3d view , use the camera but untick "Perspective" - place camera and point in general direction of the elevation you want
2.Orientate the view to the elevation (use the "viewcube". rightclick and "Orient to View"
Now you have a elevation that shows transparency as per 3d views.

oh - for 2009 version (by memory) "Orient to View" options are under the "View" pull-down menu somewhere...

Ya that's what I figured I'd need to do.
Thanks.
