I have created some titleblocks for our company. When I open a drawing I point to the appropriate template, and then I insert the titleblock as a block into paperspace. The titleblocks themselves, which are in a separate drawing, are already existing in paperspace.
But when I go to insert it into the new dwg, the commands work fine, it acts like it's inserting a block, but nothing appears. Even if somehow the page layout was different from the border itself, it still should show the titleblock.
I even inserted it into model space, same issue, the program acts like I'm inserting a block, but nothing appears.

Put the titleblock in modelspace in the master/source drawing.

Thanks Jab, but I already got the answer from the Autodesk forum. 'ADCENTER' was the command I should have been using to insert a block into paperspace. It works perfect now.
I always used the insert command.

How about setting up layouts with the title box already loaded and set up for the printer; then create a macro to install the layout size you want?
Here's a similar version to what we use, with the layouts in Layouts.dwg & a standard layout in the template called Blank, which gets deleted when the proper layout is inserted

^C^C^R_layout _t "Layouts.dwg" _d Blank _psltscale $M=$(getvar,msltscale) _regen

Interesting about ADCENTER being the solution.
Your thread read like the Title block was getting hung up on a similar named block already in the drawing.
You may want to check your Template for that anyway.
