Spot elevation and level head show 2 different values

Has anyone come across an issue where the spot elevation tag is not reflecting the same value as the level head? We have a metric project that has a spot elevation value showing as ##.## while the level head is showing values as ###.##. Both are set to use project units and show shared values. Both families were set to metric with the same values as well. Any other ideas?

can u cut and paste the offending level marked and level into another, do they still show different?
If so, upload that "new" project so we can pull it too pieces

Thanks for the idea. Strange.. after copy/pasting the elements to a new blank file, the spot elevation marker is now showing the values correctly. Looks like the issue lies in the project file, which is currently over 100mb's. Any other suggestions?
