Best conversion software/application for .PLN to .DWG

Subject says it all, looking for the best software/application to convert .PLN to .DWG

Tried to search for similar post, but the system did not shown any (or maybe I used a wrong keyword search); if anyone know there were any in the past, please redirect.

Better to have links to download a trail/full version.

PLN is ArchiCAD...and the best conversion application is to export to DWG from ArchiCAD...

I wonder if the OP has ArchiCAD and that is his issue?
