Structure rotate according to object

Is there a way to have your structure inserted into your pipe network rotated automatically to the connected pipe object? As an example, when I insert the structure, have it rotate automatically so that the manhole cover is above the downstream pipe?

Gripping manually takes forever. (See my related question in the next post.)
