Why doesn't my walls show up hidden below my thickened slab? My view depth is 7" below the finished floor. (I am really using structure revit but the architecture revit forum has a ton more people viewing and I figure this soultion can work on either - so thanks.)

I even changed the bottom view depth to -0'-3" and it still shows up solid on plan.

If you have to just do some linework. It is located under the Modify tab/View/Linework on your ribbon, or hot keys LW. Then a Line Style Tab shows up and just pick the line type you desire. Then select the lines you want to change. Gets a little redundant but sometimes that is all Revit allows. Hope this helps.

When you say you've adjusted the View Range, did you adjust the "Bottom" AND the "View Depth"? If your "Bottom" is -0'-3", then it will show solid because you're view is not "cutting" the wall. But you'd still see the wall, as solid, because the "View Depth" allows you too. Make sure the "Bottom" is set below the top of the wall.
