Annotative Text not sizing correctly

Have a quick issue that is taking me hours to figure out...now with less hair. Paperspace has 6 viewports (detail sheet) all with slightly different standard scales. All have 1/4" annotative scale, but when placing annotative dim (associated an annotative text style), the text size adjusts to the standard scale instead of the annotation scale set in each viewport! Too many scales!!! All instances of the dim have the 1/4" annotative scale. Thanks in advance for all your help!

Not a problem here. Using Properties Palette check one of the missbehaving viewports to make sure the Annotation and Standard scales are set the same. Then check the dimension and make sure it's Annotative.
