Worksets behaving badly

Scenario 1:

Active Workset: Exterior walls and floors
7th Floor: Copy floor and railing groups to the clipboard
6th Floor: Paste aligned>current view to the 6th floor. Floor and railings are visible in plan.
Viewing in elevation / 3D --- THE FLOORS AND RAILINGS ARE GONE! I can't select them either.
Occurs in either user's work session.

Scenario 2:

View Titles on sheets do not display. It is affecting ALL sheets in the project.
Occurs only in one user's work session. Zooming to fit, reopening project no effect.
Closing and Re-opening REVIT seems to have solved problem.

UPDATE:

I think I have found some issues with the clipboard (or at least my clipboard).

Scenario 1:
If I use the copy - paste aligned in any way, I will not get the copy of the information to display properly in elev/3d. It seems to be 'kinda' copied in the plan.

If I select the elements to copy from a plan, switch to elevation, copy (unconstrained) to the next level, the elements copy just as they should. They now show up in plans, elevations and 3d.

Thoughts?
