Not being prompted for attribute values

ATTREQ is set to "1"
ATTDIA is set to "1"

Yet I'm still not getting prompted for attribute values. Doesnt matter which block I insert.

Any suggestions?

This was actually a common problem. I understand it was fixed with Service Pack 1.

Is it ALL drawings or just one?
Is it all computers in your shop or just one?
