Hi Guys,

Can someone have a look at the attached file and see if you can work out what on earth is wrong with it?

Every time you open it it says it needs recovery but there is no errors found in the audit. Then it opens, but when you try to save it, it crashes autocad.

The odd thing is that is not a very big or complex file.

I have alreay created a new drawing, inserted the old one as block and exploded it to see if that solved it but no seems not.

The xrefs are attached also, may need re-attached.

If someone could have a look and let me know their thoughts or a way to fix it that would be greatly appriceated.

Cheers
Corey

I opened this in vanilla 2010 -

Alert - requires audit - no errors found.
Alert - created by non-autodesk product.
Alert - contains objects requiring object enabler(s).
Opened with no objects visible in paperspace.
Switched to modelspace - no objects visible.
Saveas to a different filename - no crash.
Repathed xrefs one at a time and qsaved after each operation - no crash.
Switched back to paperspace - no crash.
Closed file, opened file.
Alert - created by non-autodesk product.
Alert - contains objects requiring object enabler(s).
Saveas to original name.
Close file, open file - same, altered behaviour.

So, no longer requires audit after saveas to new name and does not crash.
No obvious problem. Sorry.
