Beam system offsets

How do i make the beam system to show offsets on both sides of the joist. See attached jpeg, one side of the beam system shows the standard offset and the other side doesn't.

Could someone please help with this!

your joists are probably not seating on the beam correctly. you'll have to change your Z value on the joists.
normally what i'd do is set all my beams and then palce the beam system, then raised the beam system/joists 2 1/2" or 5" (the z value) and then put my beams at the correct elevation.
