I have been asked to convert a survey from Metric to Imperial Units.
I have been trying to find away and I think it is relativity simple, BUT it is eluding me. If anybody know a way please please help me.
The Survey has 3214 points and was done by an outside contractor.
I am working in Civil 3D 2011.

I think one can export the points using XML
then open a new drawing (from the Metric Template) set to the correct units and zone and them Import the XML file.
I don't think you will need to result to using the data conversion tab of the drawing settings for this task.
One question I would like to consider, do you have the survey txt file, and does it have line coding for figures in it?

Having to convert from metric to imperial happens to me about once every 3-4 years it seems. I tried exporting the point using XML and after a little bit it worked. I am going to have to print this out and save it for the next time, 3-4 years down the road.
Thank you for your help on this matter.
