a DWG object in a linked rvt file

Is there a way to show a DWG object that is within the linked rvt file?
It shows up when I open the linked rvt file,
but it disappears when I link the rvt file to other rvt file.

goto VG and click on the Revit Links tab.Click the button for you Revit Link under Display Settings and a window is going to appear. on the import categories tab you can change the display setting so that your DWG is visible.
