This curtainwall panel family has a a bent face that will not flex properly when I change the bend angle. How do I fix it?

Thanks
Allen

Allen,
you won't be able to control angles using reference planes. You need to use reference lines instead. You'll need to change both the bend planes to lines to keep it all locked together.
A little context in terms of how you want to use the panel would be helpful.

Just took a closer look and the sweep path used to define your extrusion will also need to be locked to the ref lines.

I tried ref lines, even tried using a ref circle.

The intended use is to replace the last system panel in a curtainwall. This one is the righthand end looking from the exterior. The adjacent curtainwall's lefthand panel will be replaced with an empty panel. This family's PanelFace2 will fill that empty spot. PanelFace2 and BendAngle won't be parametric since there is no way to constrain it to an adjacent curtainwall. I'll have to manually keep the two end panels in sync.

My family building skills have gone rusty - it's been a while. I appreciate all the help I can get.

I think I got it now. Ref lines did the job. Before, I had too many other ref planes and dims causing conflicts.

Allen,
take a look and see if this suits the task.

Ahhhh! Too fast. Got uninterrupted by a phone call

Glad you figured it out.

Thanks Dimitri, that's very similar to what I end up with. Although I did not use the 0" dims like you have. If mine breaks at some point, I'll try to remember to do that.

If building from scratch, with the ref planes to snap to, they probably wouldn't be needed since Revit is pretty good at setting up these relationships automatically. I just got a little lazy.
