Unlocking curtain grids

Just got bit in the butt witht he align and lock function.........

I had (2) curtain walls that were next to each other and using the align command i locked them in place so they would move with each other. Now they need to be in different locations and I can't seem to unlock them.

any suggestions?

When you select the curtain wall (or any object that is locked) you should see the little padlock icon. Click on it and you should be able to unlock the alignment.
If this doesn't work you can always copy to the clipboard and then paste aligned to the same place. this will generally remove any constraints and attachments for walls.
For walls aligned along their length (parallel) you will either need to drag the endpoints apart or when moving the wall be sure to select 'disjoin' from the options bar.
