Curtain wall by pattern loads angled components

I am struggling to find the reason why I get components loaded into a rectangular curtain wall at an angle. Am I modeling the geometry incorrectly in the component family? Is the mass being divided incorrectly?

Could you upload a screenshot or the model? And could be you be a little more specific?
Are you creating a conceptual mass, using divide surface, and using a curtain panel pattern based component? Or are you creating a curtain wall on the face of a mass object in a project?
