Help with Material Takeoffs!

I created the different fields in the schedule by material name, material area, volume, etc. and they are calculating each and every wall, floor, etc.

How do I do it so that there is only one row per material?

Under Sorting/Grouping, uncheck Itemize Every Instance.

Thnx, however, when I unchecked itemize every instance, a lot of the values disappear and the chart loses information.

There's a checkbox for calculate totals in there somewhere.

Add a sort/Grouping level for Material Name and Area under the Sorting tab.
