I've been getting good use out of the transparent checkbox under the Planting category in Visibility/Graphics dialog recently. I've used the RPC trees shipped with Revit in my model and then in my views check transparent so all I see is the outline. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to work in every view. See the two attached JPGs. Any idea why the trees don't show up correctly (or at all) when I set Planting to transparent?
Other information:
- The trees are part of a Design Option.
- The trees are arrayed, so they are grouped.
- I tried copy/paste-in-place into the model (no Design Option, no array/group) and I have the same behavior.
Thoughts?
