IFC import and Proxy Graphics

I imported an IFC model from a structural floor manufacturer. Some of the panels look all right others display triangulation lines. It seems that the triangulation is caused by openings created in the panels. The floor is engineered in AutoCAD with a custom made application. From there it is exported to IFC, with the result mentioned. Is there a way/setting to avoid this triangulation?

Is it a sloped panel? It also looks like there may be multiple instances of it in the same location. Maybe verify with the manufacturer that they only have ONE instance of that panel in that particular location??
