I am having issues using my quick properties dialogue box in CAD2010.
What is going on is that the box will not expand to show more then 3 or 5 fields, even after I have add more options to the box.
This is killing me as I use this feature a ton.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

simply right click on the left side of the quick property palette and unchek auto-collapse

OK I am having a recurring issue with this (I'm using Acad Mechanical 2012). I DO have auto-collapse checked, unchecked, have gone into Windows personalization and made text on palette smaller (which by the way is "tooltips" text, in Windows parlance), re-set palette to auto-collapse but set it to 25 lines minimum, toggled QP on then off, with objects selected, without objects selected, restarted AutoCAD - everything I can possibly think of to make this work, and the quick properties palette will only show 9 lines.
For a while I was able to get around this by selecting a line on the palette, and using the mouse wheel to scroll down. Then all the lines would be visible, unless I allowed my cursor to stray off the palette. Now? Nothing. Nine lines only. No matter what. I can click enter on a line, and see the cursor go off down below the visible, I can enter text and have it populate the attributes (if I can remember what order they're in). Super frustrating. I even tried checking "On" all the tooltips items, in case the Windows classification of Acad palette text as "tooltips" made a difference. Nope.
I'm also having another QP issue which I am guessing is related - when I select an object with QP toggled on, then release the object, it clicks - through - every - visible - line - very - slowly. As I use this feature constantly, the increasing bugginess is driving me insane.
Any help would be appreciated.

If quick properties is not giving you all the info you need. Uncheck it on your right click and start double clicking lines or objects to get properties. that may help
