Quick easy way to change symbol scales

What is the easiest way to change the scale, (size), of section/callout symbols?
The default size is way too large.

The annotations are sized according to the scale of your view. If you want to see them smaller, you will need to edit the annotation family for that particular symbol and change the size there.
