wall joins

I am wondering what causes this issue of the walls not joining/cleaning up in 3d view. In plan view it looks fine but when I go to 3d view it doesnt clean properly.
Any ideas?

I figured it out. It has to do with wall joins. Some how those walls are set to butt instead of miter. Is there a toggle somewhere that sets that?

It looks like that wall didn't get "cleaned". On the "Modify" tab, "Geometry" panel, use the "Wall Joins" command. You may need to temporarily hide the upper wall to see the correct join.
