Adding Label to a spot elevation!!

Could i add a label to the spot elevation family to be able to edit as i need in the project, and the other label read the level as usual.....see attached JPG please...

Hi,
You could add lable (Instance based) by selecting spot elevation and adding prefix/suffix in Instance property.
Please see image. I don't think you can have FFL text above leader and measurement below. If you want to do this you can create FFL as symbol and add it as a symbol in type property.

In addition to that, you can also use the "Elevation Indicator" type parameter (if it's consistent across all instances of a given type)
