Filling Pattern

I want to create new filling pattern in REVIT. Dose anyone have any idea about how to make new 2d fiilling pattern in REVIT?

Go into Revit Help. Under search, type "pattern". Look for the heading "Creating a Pattern." The input format is a little anti-intuitive, but it works.
