Within the sketch Environment can the cursor colour or size (or both) be changed?

At present when hovering the cursor over a line for example the cursor is a small yellow dot that changes to a slightly larger green dot when the cursor point to the end of the line.

I want to make the cursor more obvious when I find an end point, i.e. larger circle or a more pronounced colour change.

Suffering from colour blindness and old man eyes!

I've checked the options area but cannot spot anything obvious.

Can you give more info?
Were you drawing line/circle, etc while this happen?
Or were you pointing to the endpoint of line without doing anything else?

Drawing lines...

It’s not so bad in a pure sketch environment, but drawings sketches within an assemblies with parts partially visible and construction lines projected etc its harder to see.

Attached images show cursor points in a pure sketch 1 & 2 (end point)
and within an assembly 3 & 4 (end point)
