Section Box Accuracy for export

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew how to move the section accurately so that it can export floors or levels in 3D for use in Rhino3D.

If there is any other way to export 3D geometry by levels, do share. I am open to any alternative.

My goal is to be able to export level by level 3D geometry to import them afterwards into Rhino.

Welcome to the forums.
Use the 'Orient to view' option available from the view cube.
Create plan views with specific view ranges to match your export requirements and then go to your 3D view. Right click on the view cube and 'orient to view' for each level. Export to dwg from here and you should only get what's visible in the view.

What do you need to do in Rhino? (if you don't mind my asking)
