Missing level callouts

Does anyone know how to place gridlines and level callout in an elevation? They are normally there automatically, but I have a couple that did not do have them.

They are probably there but don't fall within the view range of your elevation.
Go to your plan and select the elevation head to get an idea of the view depth and extents of your elevation and adjust accordingly.
Do a forum search and you'll find a number of posts that have addressed this issue.
