Well actually the dwg-file was made exporting from Arris..
but the Dwg-file turned out great when i viewed in Autocad. Or other Dwg viewing software.
but in Revit certain blocks were turned? not even in exactly 90 degrees.

did anyone ever experience this problem before?

In acad, try exploding the offending blocks, save the resultant dwg, & reload it into Revit, & see if that doesn't solve the problem.
