Interior Elevation Tag

This is driving me batty.

What I need is an interior elevation tag that gives me the ability to have one over all elevation number for the elevations in all 4 directions and then tag the directions on the arrows. I have attached an elevation tag that we use in AutoCAD for this process. Now I can always just do this with lines and text (what I might do just to get through the current project) or I might be able to convince the design manager that we should change the appearance of the tag, but If there is a way to do this I want to know.

I would like as much of this tag as possible to be automatic, so that it works just like a section or a detail, and my drafters do not have to manually input anything

I spent a lot of time trying to figure this one out, as that was our standard as well. The only way you can get the graphics you want is with a 'dummy' annotation symbol and turning off the 'BIM' elevations. You can get real close with this:
