Layer Manager & bhatch

Auto CAD is not allowing pop ups such as the layer manager and also BHATCH.
It will load but its not visible, I know it loads because I see the loading bar and once its complete I can click on the screen and it won't allow me to do anything because it thinks there is a window open (bhatch) but yet I can't see it.

Try setting CMDDIA System Variable = 1 ... Please disregard.

Could your dialog be off screen somehow? You could use the Alt-Space key combination and then select the Move option. This will allow you to move the dialog with the arrow keys to move it back on screen. Once it is back on screen, you can then use your mouse to place it where you want it.

You could also try changing screen resolution to something small and see if they show up on the periphery to click and drag.

I would try this, but IMHO it seems like a repair is probably in order.

You could also try reloading the CUI file to see if that has any effect.
