In this 2012 they don't have the DOWNLOAD button but give two choices, Load to Local and Load to Cloud. I am on an office computer and simply want to download the family but neither of these options let me do that. I know its simple but what is the solution?

Did you check the box for which files you want downloaded??

It's working fine for me: Download selected to local lets me open with revit or save file.

Here's mine. notice mine says "about autodesk cloud" where yours says something about your cloud......

I figured it out. You click on the My Cloud Storage and you can download it from there. Thanks for the quick response, its usually the simple things that hang you up.
