Transfering Detail Componetents to another project

I am trying to transfer my detail components from one project file to another. I though I would be able to use the "Transfer Project Standards" function, but I do not see the option to do this. Is there an EASY way to do this? Seems like there would be....

I would put them all into a drafting view and use the "Insert View From File" tool to get them all in. Just a thought.
