I'm having some troubles trying to add a shared parameter to my isolated footing family which will show up in my isolated footing tag. I'm trying to add a "Yes/No" shared parameter which can be checked On/Off which will indicate when T&B reinforcement is used. I'm trying the have the footing tag add an asterisk after the footing callout when T&B reinf is used. However, right now the label I have applied to the shared parameter will only display results of "YES" & "NO" when the check box is toggled on/off. Does anyone know a workaround of how to get a label to display given text when a "Yes/No" shared parameter is used for a label.

If this requires more explanation please let me know.

You could have the yes/no T&B reinforcing parameter affect the *visibility* of either a piece of text with just an asterisk at the end of your label or another label in your tag family with the asterisk as a suffix. (i dont think it would have to be a shared parameter then)

Or just add it as text shared parameter (or use one that’s already there like comments) where you just type in the text you want in the tag, asterisk in your case. If there is no text then nothing extra appears in the tag.
