View Reference not displaying properly

I'm in 2012. Using matchline, and looking to put the view reference on each side of the matchline. I can drop the view reference in, no problem. But, it always just displays "Ref" despite both the overall plan view and it's dependent plan views being on sheets.

Any ideas?

Obvious one but have you checked the match line tag family to make sure it's reporting the correct info?

Problem solved - my project file did not have a View Reference tag loaded. Loaded the tag from the Annotations folder and Voila! It displays.
