Hi all.
We have a wall sweep that's part of the wall construction. The wall is on the existing phase. As is the sweep. As are the windows.
The windows are custom and the void we created in the window family cuts the wall in the family and extends beyond the limits of the sweep in the project.
The window cuts the sweep in the project in 3D, but in plan doesn't cut as expected.
So, here's what's really weird.
1. It used to work. We moved the cut plane by accident, moved it back and now the sweep doesn't cut.
2. If I copy and paste the wall, sweep and windows into a new plan all is well (final image).
Any idea what's at play here?
Phases?
Process (modifying a sweep after it's attached, adding windows out of phase)?
The culprit is clearly the sweep. If we remove it from the wall construction and place it using the wall sweep tool all is well. This has happened twice though on two separate projects so if anyone has any ideas, let me know.
