Can we convince Lynn to come to New York? I'm working with a Civil Engineer using Civil 3D, and we are using Revit 2011. We are having difficulty sharing files. It doesn't help that the site is mountainous... not the Rockies exactly, but there are parts of the site that are unbuildable.

Any insight into Civil-Revit file sharing would very helpful. I've been using Revit 8 years now, but this is my first encounter with Civil 3D!

Take a look here:

The workflow is OK; but Civil 3D is far from a real "BIM" solution compared to Revit.

But it's better than just vanilla Cad.
