Good projects, could you tell us the names of them? Otherwise,we don't know how to evaluate properly......

you can't evaluate pixels without knowing the geographic location of the subject?
In rendering 3, there are some obvious modeling issues with the site context that could have used some additional attention. With so much foreground, the lack of detail is apparent. Making the curbs the proper height using a realistic profile and adding in a material separation to differentiate between the vehicular and pedestrian areas would help minimize the overwhelming amount of paving. removing the fluffy clouds would help so the values are not competing as much and the flare on the bldg seems very out of place. Lastly, the gradation to the glazing makes it appear as if you are transitioning from metal panel to clear glazing so that treatment could stand to be altered to be more realistic.
Overall, this appears to be a conceptual design with so many lacking details but the graphic treatment is more toward photoreal which doesn't suit the subject in this case.

For the large pillowy structure, I would recommend you look at alternate perspectives to portray the subject. There is far too much paving which makes the overall design rather cold and detached. Also, it's not readily apparent what the function of the design is meant to be. The demographic of the entourage seems to be all over the place with no clear audience.
