List un-referenced details

I know that it's possible to generate a list of views that aren't placed on any sheets. But is it possible to show which views aren't referenced? I'd like to make sure that all the details in our set are called out somewhere.

I don't think that's possible. You might be able to do it by adding a project parameter to the views category called "Referenced", but it would be a manual property of each view. Then you could sort your Project Browser by "does not equal" and "Referenced".

There's a system parameter called "Referencing Sheet" that shows up in the properties for detail views that have callouts elsewhere in project. But as far as I know there's no way to use this parameter in a list.
