problem loading Shape Extraction Tools

Hi,

I am trying to load point cloud Shape Extraction tools in Civil3d. Using the APPLOAD command I loaded ShapeExtractionApp.arx. The new point cloud tools show up in the ribbon but when I try to use any of the point cloud tools like "crop" or "export" I get "Unknown command."

Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure that the technology preview period for those tools has expired, and as such will no longer work.
