Importing Title Blocks from Design Center

Good afternoon.

I am trying to import title blocks that I made for my division and space planners into CAD files to replace the old title blocks. I found the title blocks I want in Design Center, and have dragged them into the paper space that I want them in to create new sheet size layouts.

However, when I go to the layouts that I see the title block in, when I go to ZOOM in or out, I do not see the title block that I just imported. Note, that the layer the block is inserted at, is not frozen or turned off.

Anyone that can help me with this please message or reply back.

Hope to resolve this ASAP as planners are depending on this for their work. Thank you.

Insertion units the same in both? is the titleblock its own file, or is it a block in a drawing? possibly name conflicts between te old and new block?

All I can see after I zoom out on he scroll ball is a little spec which is the title block but I can not zoom into see it in its entirety.

Insertion units are the same.

More of a visibility issue rather.

Any ideas?

Is it associate by chance? I occasionally have to chase issues with that.
