Hello, as a side project i am trying to re-create this building in revit:
http://www.barbourproductsearch.info/212404cs11a-file011276.jpg

I have created the mass already, i place the mass in my project and create a curtain system by face. This then creates straight lines and I can't seem to alter the angles so i can create the diamond shape of that building.

I tried in Revit MEP first (as this is my usual product) but I am now trying in Architecture.

Any help will be appreciated.

I think what you want is the conceptual massing tools. Curtain walls created on a curved face cannot be rotate, if I remember correctly. With the conceptual massing tools, you'll be able to subdivide the surface of your mass, create a diamond pattern, and apply a paneling system. Here's a great blog that has a lot of information about the conceptual massing tools: http://buildz.blogspot.com/. Also try searching for tutorials on youtube and I bet you'll find some that are helpful.

This image shows a rough idea of the elements that you need. From a generic adaptive template, create a form, divide the surfaces, assign a rhomboid pattern, and then create a rhomboid panel family to apply to the surface. The form is not difficult. Creating the panels as per the design of the building would be the most difficult part.
