Trim lines and annotations between Crop Region

Hello, I put the crop region in the plan view, but it seems the crop region can't be aligned to the grid line,
so what should I do if I want to trim the lines and dimension arrows between the crop region and the grid line?

Yes, I am using Revit,
I just changed the layout and the object settings to match up the CAD drawing standard in my firm.

My work is making the Revit settings, so when others export dwg files from Revit,
the CAD drafters' routine will be reduced,
I think I almost finished it,( letting people confused whether it's drawn in Revit or in CAD 8))
although the uncontrollable perimeters of Crop Region is still a problem.....
or I have to tell others to trim this redundancy lines in CAD.
