Area Schedule

Anybody have any ideas on how to make my area schedule look like this? I don't need the colors just the information. I have gross area plans right now that show "NET FLOOR AREA" and "CORE FLOOR AREA". I don't know how to show this info in one row? Also how can I show height also?

I would be interested in this answer too. Trying to get something a little more specific like a BOMA calc for SF in a Revit Schedule.
