Sub headers in Schedules

Can anyone tell me how to get sub headers in my schedules like the 1's in the attachement please ?

You need to left click and drag your cursor to highlight the headings you want grouped (Width, Length, Thicknesss) and then select 'group headings' from the ribbon.
