Arrange options not showing up for one detail component

I just noticed that my Bricks-Section detail component in my current project will not give me the Bring to Front or Send to Back options when I select an instance of that component. All other detail items (I think), lines, filled and masking regions, all give me those options, except this one component.

I started a new project and used that component already loaded in the template, and it's working fine.

Anything I can do to get this working, short of completely deleting the component and all its instances and placing them all over again?

What happens if you swap that DC out for any of your other DC's? Does it give you the option or does is stay broken?
BTW that was a hint as far as replacing the defective DC with the new version. Don't bother deleting them all, just test the swap and if it works just do a rename, reload, select all instances to replace:beer:
