Shadows Issue....

One for the know issue list...

You adjust the sun and shadow settings in a view with Advanced model Graphics turned on but the settings don't take affect. If you adjust either the Azimuth or Altitude and the click OK the settings will revert back to the previous values. Each of these dialogs must lose focus before the setting takes affect. The apply key doesn't become available until after you have exited either of these input boxes.
Work around is to be sure to tab to the next field before hitting OK....

I've been working with topo surface and I have noticed that although the terrain is not flat at all the shadows projection is flat. Is it a bug or I am doing something wrong?. I expect the shadows to recognize the terrain configuration. Any workarounds or ideas?

Not a bug - you're just using the default settings which include an imaginary ground plane for those of us that don't model the topo.

Advanced Model Graphics->Sun and Shadows Settings->Uncheck Ground Plane
