Section Line Extension

I have modified our section head slightly. Now the section line extends slightly into the section head graphics. I have checked that the reference planes in the section head family are placed at the outside of the circle. Anyone know how to fix this?

What has happened is the vertical ref. planes probably moved in the section head family file when you where making changes, this is causing the shift in the section line when reloading the section head into the project.

One solution: Open your section head family and copy annotation elements to clipboard except the ref. planes; open a new section head template and paste you’ll have to move your annotation to location of the vertical ref planes, save and reload.
